Join me for a 25 minute upper body yoga flow that focuses on strengthening the arms, shoulders and upper back. This is appropriate for all levels and provides lots of options for beginners who are looking to build strength in their upper body.
Improving upper body strength can be key to moving on to more advanced yoga and beginning to experiment with arm balances. We won’t try any of those in this practice. This is just an opportunity to build up some strength!
We’ll stay close to the ground and you won’t need any props for this practice.
