This 30 minute strength building dynamic flow will build heat and help you strengthen your body without downward facing dog, chaturanga or planks. These seated, standing and balancing postures come together to bring the heat. This is appropriate for all levels.
This flow focuses on finding a good stretch in the hips and strengthening in the lower body. We’ll begin lying down slowly warming up the body. Poses in this flow include:
- Boat Pose
- Bridge Pose
- Supine Figure Four
- Yogi Squat
- Forward Fold
- Mountain Pose
- High Lunge
- Pyramid
- Wide Legged Forward Fold
- Goddess Pose
- And more!
In this class, I encourage the use of a block if you have one handy. If you don’t have a yoga block, you can always use a sturdy book or water bottle.
